Transnational Meeting 1

The first Transnational Meeting 1 (TNM1) was held on 21-22 May 2022 at the University of the Aegean (UoA) in Lemnos, Greece. The main purpose of this meeting was to coordinate the consortium and discuss the managerial aspects of the project, focusing on the Plan of Activities. Key agenda items included creating a working plan for the project for the next six months, providing a detailed description and discussion of the Project Result 1 (PR1), and outlining the tasks distribution for PR1.

Participants included representatives from all partner organizations involved in the project. On site there were 5 participants in total (3 participants from UoA and 2 from InterEdu) and 3 virtual/zoom participants (1 from UoA, 1 from UCY and 1 from DARe).

The outcome of the meeting included the production of a Project Plan (PP) for PR1, a detailed description and discussion of PR1, a comprehensive plan of activities for PR1, a working schedule for the first six months of the project, and the meeting minutes.

Overall, the meeting was successful in establishing a clear roadmap for the project, defining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that all partners were aligned in their efforts to achieve the project’s objectives.

Regarding the Project Timeline, it should be mentioned that comparing proposal dates with implementing dates a 60 days (2 months) difference occurs due to the contract with the Greek NA (28/02/2022-27/02/2024).

Transnational Meeting 2

The Transnational Meeting 2 (TNM2) meeting was held on May 27-28, 2023 at UCY in Nicosia, Cyprus. The purpose of the meeting was to review the progress of Project Phase 1 (PR1) and introduce Project Phase 2 (PR2). Participants involved in the meeting included project team members, stakeholders, and partners.

During the meeting, the main agenda items included discussing the work of progress of PR1, outlining the activities for the preparation of the mid-term report, and planning the activities for the completion of PR1 and the creation of PR2. The meeting also included feedback sessions and discussions on the working plan for the next 6 months.

As a result of the meeting, Minutes of the meeting, a Plan of activities for completion of PR1, a Plan of activities for creation of PR2, feedback forms, and a Working plan for the next 6 months were produced as deliverables.

Transnational Meeting 3

The Transnational Meeting 3 (TNM3) took place on 5-6/9/2023 and was hosted by DARe in Foggia, Italy. The main purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss the progress on PR2, which was ongoing, as well as to finalize and review the completed result of PR1. Additionally, the partners announced and discussed the tasks for PR3, coordinated by Inter-Edu.

During the meeting, the partners also planned and discussed the upcoming E1 event, outlining a preliminary agenda and dissemination strategy for the event. The meeting deliverables included the meeting minutes, a plan of further activities for PR2, a methodology for PR3, a preliminary agenda for the E1 event, a dissemination strategy, preparation for webinars, a working plan for the next 6 months, and feedback from the participants.

The meeting was attended by representatives from all partner organizations, who actively participated in the discussions and planning sessions, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities were clearly outlined and assigned. Overall, the meeting was successful in achieving its objectives and setting a clear direction for the project moving forward.
